SIGN UP/RESERVATION INFORMATION

  • Many of our classes do fill up, especially those indicated with an asterisk.
  • If you have a class card or unlimited package, you may sign up for a class in advance up until 24 hours before. Sign ups within 24 hours of class is not allowed within Webscheduler
  • Whether or not you have made a reservation for a class or workshop, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the designated start time to ensure a spot in the class or in our workshops.
  • With especially busy events or workshops, if you have not arrived 5 minutes before the start time, the front desk will offer your spot to a patron on our wait list.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Classes reserved using Webscheduler may be cancelled up until 24 hours before class time. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be deducted from your class card. Your reserved spot is only held until 5 minutes before class time. At that time, the front desk may offer your spot to another student and you will forfeit your class.

LATE ENTRY POLICY
There is only a 5-minute grace period for 60-minute and 75-minute classes, and a 10-minute grace period for all 90-minute and 95-minute classes. There is NO LATE ENTRY to Lounging Lotus. Late entry is ALWAYS at the discretion of the center.

OTHER POLICIES

  • Class cards are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
  • The only class cards that may be suspended are the 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year memberships. They may be frozen for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 1 month. One freeze per card.
  • Yogis 12 and over are welcome to take class solo at the Lotus with a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
  • We have dressing rooms and showers.
  • Mats available for $2 rental
  • Towels available for $3 rental
  • Please take the class that is most appropriate to your level.
