Each weekend is specifically intended to reignite your passion for these practices.

Ten Transformative and Soul Awakening weekends include: unraveling the mystery of Lotus Flow Sequencing, Advanced Asana, Pranayama, Philosophy, Sanskrit, Practice Teaching, Injury Prevention, Therapeutics, Fly Skool, Ritual, Chanting, Hands On, Healing Arts and more with NYC's most Celebrated Teachers.

There is a huge emphasis on honing your voice as a teacher, helping you to uncover and celebrate your unique expression! Every weekend you will be practice teaching under the guidance of a dedicated mentor committed to nurturing you during the Training. The Lotus Family is here to support you as you deepen your connection to the teacher within, bringing more depth, soul and richness to your path.
