This
three week series
is especially designed
for yogis who have
been coming to
basic classes and
want specific instruction
on how to handle
more advanced poses!
These classes build
on each other,
creating a foundation
from which you
can spring into
a Lotus 2 or OPEN
level class.
The
course includes
discussion and
practice of poses
which build on
the basics. Upward
facing dog, caturanga
dandasana, jumping
forward and back,
arm balances & inversions,
deeper backbends & twists.
Even
if
you've been practicing
for awhile,
this is a great
way to reconnect
with the fundamentals
of the practice
and ask questions
that you have
always wanted to
ask.

is meant to
be attended
on all of
the above
listed dates.

no substitutions
or make-up
dates.
